TRUE OVERLAYAI racing intelligence

A racing analysis, explained in plain English.

Explore the product without an account. All numbers below are invented to explain the method—not to demonstrate prediction accuracy.

From numbers to a clearer decision

Know what you’re looking at before you pay.

True Overlay is a research workspace, not a bookmaker or a promise of winning tips. Here is how to read the information it is designed to provide.

01

Compare the field

A ranked view brings estimated chances and market prices together, so you can see where they disagree.

02

Check the reasons

Read the supporting evidence and missing inputs. A price gap matters only if the estimate deserves your trust.

03

Keep a record

Save your research and review it against the official result. A useful process includes the calls that went wrong.

Illustrative example only — not live data

Example Runner: a 25% chance at odds of 5.00

The fictional estimate implies fair decimal odds of 4.00 (1 ÷ 0.25). An invented market price of 5.00 is higher. That is a reason to examine the evidence—not proof of an edge.

Estimated win chance
25%
Fair decimal odds
4.00
Example market odds
5.00

If the true chance were only 18%, fair odds would be about 5.56. The same 5.00 market price would then be too short. The quality of the probability estimate changes the conclusion.

What to check before drawing a conclusion

  • Is the racecard current, and have runners or conditions changed?
  • Which source fields support the estimate, and which are missing?
  • Does the model have relevant, prospectively recorded results?
  • Are the quoted odds actually available, and what costs or deductions apply?

The simplified expected net return per unit is probability × decimal odds − 1: 0.25 × 5 − 1 = +0.25. With an 18% chance it becomes −0.10. These are mathematical expectations under invented assumptions, not observed returns or a betting recommendation. They exclude fees, deductions and execution limits.

No real race, source record, forecast, or result is represented here. This example never enters the public results ledger.

Who is this for?

For evidence-led racing research

Adults who want to compare prices, understand uncertainty, keep notes, and review their reasoning. Analysts can also explore the planned paid API workflow in the documentation.

Not for guaranteed picks or automatic betting

True Overlay does not place wagers. It has not established a profitable predictive edge. If you need certainty, income from betting, or a way to recover losses, this is not the product for you.
